As New York’s premier advocate for the clean energy and energy efficiency industry, ACE NY will provide your company the opportunities and resources for continued success. New York’s mandates for 70% renewable electricity by 2030 and zero-emission electricity by 2040 are bold and ambitious. We have a lot more work to do to bring further investment to the state and get many more projects built!
We work closely with our members to craft practical policy positions. Then we head to the Public Service Commission, NYSERDA, NYISO the NYS Legislature, and other arenas to promote real, practical solutions. We participate in PSC proceedings affecting clean energy business opportunities; we monitor activities at the NYISO that affect the market for renewables; and in the Legislature, we track the bills that our member companies care about and support legislation designed to expand renewable energy, energy efficiency and clean transportation.
Being a member of ACE NY will help your company or organization increase its visibility, build its network and shape NY’s clean energy policies. Our job at ACE NY is to keep our members informed with accurate and timely information, and to work hard to influence proceedings to further our mission.
Membership with ACE NY is open to companies and organizations who work in and support the clean energy sector, including renewable electricity, energy efficiency, and clean transportation.
There are three membership categories – Leadership Circle, Business Council and General – and they are based on the type of company or organization, its areas of focus and scope of work. (ACE NY Membership is not open to individuals.)
